Breaking into Advertising in the Age of Generative AI
Generative AI is a threat to the entry-level advertising professional. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the single biggest disruptor I have seen since I started studying advertising.
What does this mean for the aspiring advertising professional? For someone who wants to break into a creative ad agency, who is passionate about developing good ideas that move people, make them cry, or make them laugh? For someone who wants to solve business problems and fix brand issues through creativity, whether by selling products or services?
