Role Call: How to Break into PR at Edelman with Grace Corley

The best person to learn PR from by far.

Around five years ago, Grace Corley and I broke into Edelman after graduating in 2020. Grace was selected for Edelman’s Immersion Associate Program, a highly competitive rotational program similar to Ogilvy's Early Associates Program. At the time, the program had over 1,600 applicants, with only eight finalists chosen. Grace was one of those eight, standing out among a pool of incredible talent. In this blog, we will unpack how she managed to distinguish herself, step by step, through the initial screening process and each round, ultimately landing the big gig. We’ll also fast forward five years to see how Grace is now thriving as an Account Supervisor at Edelman.
